This page provides everything you need to know about ad formats, creative requirements, and uploading materials to the Kobler platform.
Creative Materials for Campaigns
To run a successful campaign, your ad creatives need to be:
- In the correct file format
- Visually engaging
- High resolution
- Clear in message
A strong visual combined with relevant messaging ensures your ad gets attention.
Uploading Your Ad Creatives
You can upload your materials directly in the Kobler platform under the “Ad Creative” tab.
Supported file types:
- .png
- .jpeg / .jpg
- .gif
- .bmp
- .html
- .zip (HTML5)
Max file size: 150 KB
Required: A destination URL (include UTM tags for tracking if needed)
If you're using a third-party provider, insert your ad tags under “Ad tags” in the “Creative” tab.
Supported ad servers:
- Adform
- Adserve
- Bannerflow
- Delta
- Google (DoubleClick)
- OptOut

Video Ads
Video ads must be compressed using a third-party service such as Seenthis or Adserve.
Once compressed, you can upload the video via the Kobler platform.
Managed Customers: Send Us Your Files
If you want Kobler to manage your campaign, send your ad materials to cs@kobler.no at least 3 business days before launch. This gives our team time to test and adjust the creatives.
Ad Hosting Options
Kobler can host your display ads in the following file types: HTML, GIF, PNG, JPG
Max file size: 150 KB
Basic Hosting:
- One ad per format
Advanced Hosting:
- Multiple ad sets (e.g., format rotators)

We support a wide range of formats across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. The most used formats are highlighted in yellow (on the visual table).
Maximum file weight for all formats: 150 KB
Note: All creatives must comply with IAB standards.
